What You Need to Start Your Estate Plan

Updated: Aug 8

What do you need to start an Estate Plan?

Many people think that going to an attorney and getting an Estate Plan is going to be a long, drawn-out process. They also assume they are going to have to bring a ton of documents and a ton of information in order to get anything done. This is not the case.

It is very simple, especially if you do your Estate Planning with an attorney, to accomplish what is needed successfully.

Yes, an attorney will require some information from you, but that information can be received in many different ways. Here are some of your options:

  1. Send the information via email.

  2. You can give us the information in-person.

  3. You can call us and give it to us by phone.

Our firm actually offers Contactless Estate Planning, meaning that you never have to come into our office if you don’t want to. If you prefer to do everything over phone, email, and video, then we can take care of all of your Estate Planning needs this way.

Estate Planning is not only very important, but it is also not that complicated as long as you have a trained professional doing it for you, and the attorneys at Morris Law Center have years of experience in this area.

If you want to talk more about Estate Planning or Probate, we currently offer complimentary 15 minute phone consults. You can book your consultation directly online, or you can give us a call at (702)850-7798.
