Meet Timothy Wiseman
Timothy A. Wiseman joined Ocampo Wiseman Law, then known as Morris Law Center, in 2017. Since then he has done extensive work as a litigator in real estate, business law, copyright, and intellectual property law. He has also done extensive work in Appellate Law and has handled appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit, and the Nevada Court of Appeals.
Tim worked his way through law school as a database administrator and programmer thanks to the support of his incredible wife Renee, who inspired him to attend in the first place. Before law school, Tim proudly served in the U.S. Army as an intelligence officer where he deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne Division.

Tim has also published academic articles in law journals including articles regarding copyright law, the First Amendment, and the interaction of the law with encryption technology. Before Law School he published several articles on database security and optimization.
In addition to an incredible wife who teaches for CCSD and is a professor of history at CSN, Tim has three children: Lucas, Lex, and Liliana. He is also claimed by a Belgian Shepherd named Draco who adores him, though he does not understand why.
