Combined experience
Tell us what’s going on. We’ll tell you where you stand — usually on the first call.
Most of our work sits where these areas overlap — an inherited house, a family business, a plan that needs to hold up years from now.
Affidavits, set asides, summary and general administration — plus contested matters and stalled property sales.
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney and the funding step that makes a plan actually work.
Creating and funding trusts, and guiding successor trustees through administration after a death.
Contracts and closings, quiet title, partition, mechanics liens, and commercial leasing.
Formation and structure, licensing, contracts, employment documents, and business litigation.
Briefing and argument in the Nevada Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit.
Every one of these areas has its own vocabulary. We translate it, every time.
You speak with an attorney, not a queue. Messages are returned the same business day.
Phone and video consultations, electronic signing, and we appear in Clark County for you.
Flat fees where the work is predictable, and a scoped budget where it isn't.

The questions we hear most, across every practice area.
If you’re not sure, call. A great deal of what we do sits between categories — an inherited house is probate and real estate, a family business is estate planning and business law, a probate order you disagree with is an appeal.
The consultation is free, and part of its purpose is telling you which door you’re actually standing in front of.
Yes, for probate, estate planning, business, real estate, and appellate matters. You’ll speak with an attorney, and you’ll leave the call knowing what applies to your situation and roughly what it costs — whether or not you hire us.
Usually the same day. Messages received during business hours are returned the same business day, and consultations are typically scheduled within a day or two.
Yes. We serve Clark County and all of Nevada, and a substantial share of our clients live in other states entirely. Consultations happen by phone or video, documents are signed electronically, and we appear in court on your behalf.
It depends on the work. Planning documents, entity formation, and contract review are quoted as flat fees. Probate fees are typically paid from the estate and, in a formal administration, are governed by Nevada law and subject to court review. Litigation is scoped and budgeted by phase.
Whatever the matter, you get the number before you commit.
Regularly. Cases that stalled, appeals from trials we didn’t try, and estate plans drafted elsewhere that need review or repair. Coming in mid-stream is normal, not a problem.
One short call is usually enough to know. Free, and no obligation to hire us.
